Terms and Conditions

Your session is confirmed when the $150 session fee is paid at your design consultation. The session fee covers your session and our time. It is non refundable and is not credited towards artwork, and there is no obligation to purchase.

You're welcome to reschedule once at no charge. If you're unwell, just let us know and your session fee carries over to a new date. Repeated rescheduling may forfeit the session fee.

Custom artwork is made to order and typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. We recommend everyone involved in choosing attends the ordering appointment. A 3 day cooling off period applies to finished artwork purchases, in line with the AIPP Code of Conduct. It does not apply to session fees or digital files.

Finished artwork is collected from our Runaway Bay studio at no charge. Delivery can be arranged at your cost.

Our artwork carries a 25 year studio warranty from Gold Coast Portrait Photography, backed by our professional labs' own warranties.

Before your session, the person commissioning the portraits signs a copyright assignment to the studio and an image use consent.

We use your images for promotion only in line with the image use consent you sign. Each product includes its matching digital file for personal use. Commercial use requires a separate licence.

All prices include GST. Gift cards or vouchers issued in a promotion cannot be used with any other promotion.

If we need to reschedule a session due to circumstances beyond our control, we'll arrange a new date at no additional cost.
