What does the $150 session fee cover?

Your design consultation, your portrait session and your ordering appointment. It isn't credited towards artwork and is non refundable, and there's no obligation to buy anything.

How much should I expect to spend?

Your portrait session is $150. Artwork starts from $295 for fine art matted prints, print boxes from $595, albums from $795 and wall art from $395. You'll receive our full price list at your design consultation, where we'll talk through what suits your walls and budget, so there are no surprises. See Artwork.

Do I get digital files?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product includes its matching digital file. Ask us at your design consultation about adding more of your session as digital files.

Question 4

What should we wear?

Accepted Answer

We'll go through this at your consultation. As a start: choose solid colours in a palette that works together, avoid large logos and busy patterns, and think about the room where your portraits will be displayed. Bring a change of outfit if you'd like some variety.

Question 5

What if I've never been comfortable in photos?

Accepted Answer

That's most people. Paul guides every pose and handles the lighting, so you don't need to know what to do. Retouching is natural and considered, so you still look like you.

Studio or location?

Accepted Answer

Either. The studio gives clean, controlled light in any weather. Locations around the Gold Coast suit relaxed outdoor portraits. We'll help you choose at your consultation.

Question 7

How long until I receive my artwork?

Custom artwork takes 4 to 6 weeks after your 3 day cooling off period ends. Collection from the studio is free; delivery can be arranged at your cost.

How can I pay?

In full at your ordering appointment, or half when you order and the balance before collection. Visa, Mastercard, Amex and EFTPOS. Ask us about interest free payment plans. All prices include GST.

Question 9

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule once at no cost. If you're unwell, we'll move your session and your fee carries over. Repeated changes may mean the session fee is forfeited.

How long will my artwork last?

Accepted Answer

Every piece is made on archival materials and carries our 25 year studio warranty, backed by lab warranties of up to 75 years.
